Garrison Brothers HoneyDew starts life as the award-winning Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey, before being infused with Burlesons Texas Wildflower Honey, resulting in a smooth, light bourbon with a sweet honey finish. To create a unique process of infusing subtle honey flavors into a world-class bourbon, Master Distiller Donnis Todd transformed used bourbon barrels into small, wooden cubes that were immersed in honey.
