vesz\u00fcnk az AIRISE projektben (Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 Horizon Program), amely lehet\u0151s\u00e9get adott arra,
hogy mesters\u00e9ges intelligenci\u00e1ra \u00e9p\u00fcl\u0151 megold\u00e1sokkal korszer\u0171s\u00edts\u00fck m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00fcnket.
A min\u0151s\u00e9gellen\u0151rz\u00e9si folyamatunk t\u00f6bb l\u00e9p\u00e9sb\u0151l \u00e1llt, amelyek egy r\u00e9sz\u00e9t manu\u00e1lisan kellett
elv\u00e9gezni: a ruhadarabok vizu\u00e1lis vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1t (m\u00e9ret, \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s-, varr\u00e1s min\u0151s\u00e9ge), a
term\u00e9kfot\u00f3k k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, a m\u00e9rt adatok r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s dokument\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t. B\u00e1r ezek a feladatok a
megb\u00edzhat\u00f3s\u00e1got szolg\u00e1lj\u00e1k, egyben nagy terhet is jelentettek a csapatnak \u00e9s az emberi
t\u00e9nyez\u0151 miatt el\u0151fordulhattak benn\u00fck adminisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3s hib\u00e1k. M\u00e1r a projekt elej\u00e9n l\u00e1tszott,
hogy a folyamat pontjainak egy r\u00e9sze j\u00f3l automatiz\u00e1lhat\u00f3 \u00e9s ezzel jelent\u0151sen gyors\u00edthatjuk a
munka elv\u00e9gz\u00e9s\u00e9t. Mindemellett tehermentes\u00edthetj\u00fck a munkat\u00e1rsainkat is, akik \u00edgy nagyobb
hozz\u00e1adott \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 feladatokra \u00f6sszpontos\u00edthatnak.
Az AIRISE t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1val olyan AI-alap\u00fa rendszert fejlesztett\u00fcnk ki, amely k\u00e9pes \u00e1tvenni a
dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9s vizu\u00e1lis ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s egy r\u00e9sz\u00e9t. A ruhadarabok azonos\u00edt\u00e1sa, a fontos
term\u00e9kelemek felismer\u00e9se, a fot\u00f3k elk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9s az adatok r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9se mind automatiz\u00e1lt
folyamatt\u00e1 v\u00e1lt. A rendszer integr\u00e1lva lett a v\u00e1llalat bels\u0151 ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1si rendszer\u00e9be, \u00edgy a
dokument\u00e1ci\u00f3 imm\u00e1r egyetlen folyamat r\u00e9szek\u00e9nt, gyorsan \u00e9s \u00e1tl\u00e1that\u00f3an k\u00e9sz\u00fcl el. A

tov\u00e1bb jav\u00edtja majd a min\u0151s\u00e9gbiztos\u00edt\u00e1s egys\u00e9gess\u00e9g\u00e9t \u00e9s megb\u00edzhat\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1t, valamint seg\u00edt
stabilabb, kisz\u00e1m\u00edthat\u00f3bb gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si folyamatokat kialak\u00edtani. A j\u00f6v\u0151ben a munkat\u00e1rsak egyre
ink\u00e1bb olyan feladatokra koncentr\u00e1lhatnak, amelyek val\u00f3ban emberi szak\u00e9rtelmet \u00e9s
kreativit\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyelnek. Az \u00faj megold\u00e1s elind\u00edt\u00e1sa er\u0151s alapot teremt a j\u00f6v\u0151beli digit\u00e1lis
fejleszt\u00e9sekhez is.

    Strategic step at Minerva Team: quality control powered by AI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For decades we have been committed to producing reliable, certified protective garments at
    our manufacturing site in Western Hungary. The quality of our products is essential, yet over
    the years it became clear that certain parts of our workflow were overly time- and labour-
    intensive, requiring colleagues to perform tasks that could now be carried out more
    efficiently with modern technology. This is why we decided to participate in the AIRISE
    project (European Union Horizon Programme), which gave us the opportunity to modernise
    our operations with AI-based solutions.
    Our quality control process consisted of several steps, many of which had to be performed
    manually: the visual inspection of garments (size, quality, assembly, stitching, etc.), taking
    photos, recording measurements and documenting the results. Although these tasks
    ensured reliability, they also placed a significant burden on our team, and administrative
    errors could occasionally occur. From the very beginning of the project, it was clear that
    several of these steps were suitable for automation, allowing us to reduce the workload of
    our employees so they could focus on higher-value tasks.
    With the support of AIRISE, we developed an AI-based system capable of taking over part of
    the documentation and visual inspection process. Identifying garments, recognising key
    elements, capturing photographs and recording data have all become automated tasks. The
    system has been integrated into the company\u2019s ERP system, making documentation faster,
    more transparent and part of a unified workflow. The role of our staff has shifted more
    towards supervision and validation, enabling more comfortable and efficient work.
    With the introduction of the new solution, the quality control process has become much
    more streamlined and automating the documentation has significantly reduced the chance
    of manual administrative errors. We believe that in the long term the system will further
    improve the consistency and reliability of quality assurance, while helping us establish more
    stable and predictable production processes. We also hope that our colleagues will
    increasingly be able to focus on tasks requiring human expertise and creativity, and that this
    development will lay the foundation for future digital innovations.
    Our collaboration with the AIRISE partnership has demonstrated to us that artificial
    intelligence is not only a tool for large corporations: it can provide real support for smaller
    companies by simplifying and modernising everyday workflows. For Minerva Team this
    project has been an important milestone, proving that openness and innovation can lead to
    more efficient, sustainable and competitive operations.
